Producer Access Information

If you would like to become a NewMarkets Agency producer, please note the following procedure:

Double click the link to the Broker's Agreement. If the terms and conditions are agreeable, print out the form and have it signed by a principal of your agency.
Mail or fax all of the following documents to us at the address on the right:
- Completed Application
- Signed Broker Agreement
- Proof of E&O Coverage
- A copy of all agency and individual licenses in states where you expect to submit business. Please include both the P&C and surplus line licenses.
These documents are subject to compliance verification. If found to be acceptable, you will be notified by NewMarkets Insurance Agency and an executed copy of the agreement will be returned to your office.
